● A rucksack (or backpack). GR1 recommended

● Water (2L Minimum). Hydration bladder recommended

● Photo ID and $20 cash just in case

● Headlamp with extra batteries

● Reflective Ruck Bands (or equivalent) on your ruck

● Smartphone (External battery pack recommended)

● Ziploc bag/trash bag (for waterproofing)

● Full 2L bottle (carbonated required, sugar-free recommended)

● Metal can (minimum size of 12 oz., coffee can or similar)

● One (1) roll duct tape

● One (1) dust mask

● One (1) pad of steel wool (extra fine, 0000)

● One (1) 9V battery (doesn’t have to be brand new)

● Something that can be used as a tourniquet, or an actual tourniquet

● Free tourist map of the event city (do not pay for it)

● As a team, you will need (1) one selfie stick or a team member with “go-go gadget” arms

● Note on packing list: If you’re traveling from out of town or don’t own one of the required items GORUCK is a community, lend a hand if you’re local and have enough to spare.

● Any items not brought must be foraged (or borrowed from other participants) during Constellation.
